These SMS Terms apply to operational text messages sent by Your Front Desk, operated by VR Front Desk Corporation, to property owners or authorized account contacts who have opted in.
Program description
With your consent, we may text you about vacation rental guest communications, reservation and property updates, service coordination, and account-related operations. This program is intended for operational communications with owners and authorized contacts, not promotional marketing messages.
How to opt in
To enroll, complete our Text Message Opt-In Form, provide a mobile number, and check the optional-to-service, unchecked SMS consent box before submitting. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your properties, reservations, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. We do not charge a separate fee simply for receiving these SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through our contact form. If you opt out, we may contact you by other appropriate methods for necessary account matters.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your carrier, device, coverage, and other factors.
Privacy
