Which channels do you support?

We can support almost any channel, or PMS system (minimum number of listings are required). We have many clients that currently use Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, Flipkey, their own website, Booking.com, and many others.

Can you answer as our company name (aka Whitelabel service)?

Sure, we can white-label our service and answer the your customer inquiries as coming from your company. An extra fee applies, contact us to learn more.

What is the contract period? Can I cancel anytime?

There is no contract period, and you can cancel anytime.

Do you offer phone service?

Yes, we offer phone service and can provide you with a unique phone number just for your clients (extra fee applies for phone service and custom numbers). Toll-free numbers available upon-request as well.

Is there a sign-up fee?

Yes, there is a lot of work required to get your account ready for servicing. Since we don’t offer any minimum contract period, we charge a one-time setup fee of $99 to begin on-boarding your account.
